The wrench on the right of the pictures is from the WR250R/X toolkitA friend just bought a 2008 WR250R and needed to change the tyres. He tried to use the spanner in the toolkit but it bent and cracked and also damaged the wheel nut without undoing it. I therefore had a small number of stronger ones made up. You can see from the pic of the two on edge that mine is much thicker.
They are a sensible size spanner especially made to fit into tool rolls or small on-board tool kits. Laser cut from 6mm solid steel sheet. They also fit Honda CR models 1994-1999, Kawasaki KX models 1993-2006, and Yamaha YZ and YZF models 1996-2009. Other sizes available for other Makes & Models - just email us to ask £10 each

Enduro (or Dakar) High bars - Renthal 613s
See here for dimensions. These are the tallest 7/8" Renthals available. I use these on my own trailbike along with 6mm spacers. I am about 6' tall and find the extra height encourages me to stand up more plus the extra width gives great control. Polisport "Integral" handguards
Blue or white available. I use these on my own trail bike and they are really good. They have taken some very heavy knocks with no problem at all. They don't have metal inserts but that doesn't seem to be an issue! You will need to cut the ends off your grips to fit the handguards. On the throttle side, the whole end of the grip has to be cut off so that the end of it is flush with the end of the white plastic throttle tube. The throttle tube is then fixed just enough inboard of the end of the handlebar so that it doesn’t rub on the handguard. The throttle has got to be able to snap shut if you let it go. I have found the neatest way to cut the grips is to use a junior hacksaw and take it gently. If you are fitting new grips then why not fit a pair ready made for the handguards that come with the "holes" already made? The kit includes the spacers needed to give a choice of 3 heights with appropriate longer sets of four stainless steel bolts. Five minute install. No changes necessary in cables, etc. The kit fit into the original bar mounts and allow you to raise the bars in increments of 5mm from 15mm up to 35mm. Raising your handlebars by even a small amount will make
your bike more comfortable. If you feel awkward when standing, like you may fall
forward if you touch the brakes, or if you feel like you are constantly leaning
forward on the bars when riding straight and level, raising the handlebar height
will make all the difference. The bike feels more controllable, standing or
sitting.

Get your seat off (or back on) quick - these are too
sexy for words. No more fumbling through an inch of mud for the standard bolt
heads! Once loosened they easily undo by hand. Similarly, put 'em back nearly
all the way by hand and you just need a spanner for a final tweak.
